Alan Jolly is a distinguished motivational speaker and leadership consultant with a rich background in elite military operations and executive leadership. Alan's journey began with his enlistment in the U.S. Marine Corps in 2005, where he served as a Recon Marine. He deployed to Afghanistan in 2008, gaining invaluable real-world combat experience. After concluding his Marine Corps service in 2012, Alan continued his commitment to service by joining the U.S. Army as a Military Police Officer, serving until his medical retirement in 2020.

Following his military career, Alan founded an outdoor guiding business, sharing his passion for nature and adventure. In March 2024, he joined a Veterans Non-Profit, and by August 2024, he was promoted to Residential Director. In this role, Alan plays a pivotal part in strategic planning and resource acquisition, furthering his dedication to supporting veterans.
